Football Program SERIOUSLY Underfunded

Dear Triton Family,
I'm writing to you today because the Triton Football program is in critical financial crises The success and continuation of our Football program is reliant on the financial contribution and involvement of parents and boosters
The fundraising and contribution levels this year, thus far, have been at alarmingly low levels This includes golf tournament participants, golf ball sales, ad sales, and donations to cover registration / program expenses Today our fundraising is at 10% of our 2010 levels as of June 1st
Over the past 6 years that I have been President of the Triton Touchdown Club (TTC), I have never had to write a letter like this Our situation is very different today, and unless we get everyone to help on the financial side, the viability of the program is at risk!We are close to having to make program cuts, and these cuts will need to be extensive and will affect our boys and the program.
I can assure you that every penny that is collected by the Triton Touchdown Club is accounted for and goes directly to the program Our TTC budget and books are open to anyone who wants to see them Over the years the TTC has been able to support the program properly, and this has given us an edge both on and off the field
We are asking each family who has a player in the program to raise at least $750 through golf ball sales, ad sales, or cash donations Any combination will work, please reach your goal of $750
THIS IS OUR FUNDRAISING SEASON
- Our golf tournament deadline is June 17th
- Golf ball sales (helicopter drop) deadline is June 17th
- Ad Sales program deadline is July 1st.
In closing, I'm asking for your help No one will make this happen but us There is no greater cause then our kids Thank you in advance for your immediate help.
