Biography
JAIME ORTIZ, DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton with an emphasis in Secondary Education. Masters in Athletic Administration and Coaching from Concordia University. PLAYING/COACHING EXPERIENCE: Played Middle Backer under Coach Patton and graduated from Capistrano Valley in 1993. Led the Cal State Fullerton Titan football team to an undefeated record in 1999 and 2000. Many members of the current Triton Football staff have molded my playing and coaching career, even Coach Lawyer. Beginning my fifteenth year of coaching football and seventh year as the Defensive Coordinator at San Clemente High School. INTERESTS: Weight lifting, mountain biking, beach activities, and enjoying what life brings me. Family: Just got married on July 28, 2007 to my lovely wife Ryan who is an elementary school teacher at Vista Del Mar Elementary
